At Zamindlela, each piece is thoughtfully made or sourced in collaboration with artisans across Africa. As many of our items are made to order, our timelines reflect the care behind each product.

PROCESSING TIMES

• Orders may take 4–8 weeks to complete before dispatch
• Once ready, orders are shipped within up to 7 working days

SHIPPING

• Delivery costs are calculated at checkout
• We deliver nationwide within South Africa
• International shipping available on request

DELIVERY

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Prices exclude delivery and 15% VAT (calculated at checkout)
• Customers are responsible for any international customs duties or taxes
• Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order
